In accordance with Colorado Law, gratuities received by employees who perform bartending duties at Wiley Roots are pooled and distributed on a bi-weekly basis according to the number of hours worked for that time period. Our tip-pooling philosophy is founded in the desire to promote a team environment where a consistent taproom experience is reinforced, and excellent hospitality is paramount.
