These beers are out of this world and Wiley Roots takes brewing and flavor profiles to a new level. The detail on their descriptions are extremely accurate. If you’re lucky, you’ll see Midnight, the brewery’s resident kitty who is super friendly and fluffy. There was a food truck outside while I visited over the weekend as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a few days in Denver and decided to drive up to Greeley to try out their sours. Was NOT disappointed- their smoothie sours were some of the most unique, and best tasting, sours we’ve ever had. Staff were super friendly and the spot had ample seating and chill environment. Definitely worth the drive and will absolutely go back next time we’re in Colorado.

Years later and still one of my fav places to go. Absolutely love this place and the beers and the staff. Let’s start with the atmosphere… it’s the coziest, friendliest, raddest place to grab a beer this side of the Nile river. The staff and the owner at top notch. 10/10 highly recommend!! Their beers are always something special and we always enjoy our time here.

Come here. Small craft feel. On point beers. I had the barrel-aged barleywine and the double hazy. Totally on point! My girlfriend had three sours—all scrumptious. Great staff, superb beers, and chill taproom. Teetering on paying a visit? Just do it!
